Appointments and Guidelines

  • Booking in advance is recommended
  • Glasshouse kindly request, out of mutual respect, that all clients arrive on time for their appointments
  • Please note that cell phones must be switched off at all times within the clinic
  • For those clients having facial treatments, it is advised that they shave the day / night before their appointment to reduce the chance of any skin sensitivity
  • For treatments longer than 3 hours, or for packages, payment will be required in advance to secure your appointment
  • Glasshouse will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur
  • Right of admission is reserved by discretion of management


Gift Vouchers

  • The perfect rejuvenation gift for all men
  • They can be bought for Birthdays, Christmas, Father's Day, work incentives, Anniversaries or any special occasion
  • Gift Vouchers are available from reception and can be redeemed against all our services and products
  • Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable nor transferable
  • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase

Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation fee, of 50% of the full treatment cost, will be charged for all appointments not cancelled or adhered to at least 4 hours in advance
  • Late arrivals will result in a reduction of the treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply
  • Please note that courses, once bought, are non-refundable and will only be transferred in exceptional circumstances by agreement of management
